Born on March 10, 1983, in Muskogee, Oklahoma, Carrie
Underwood had put aside her singing dreams for a degree in broadcast
journalism, but everything changed after she auditioned for American Idol during her senior year at Northeastern State University. Carrie Underwood rose when she won the fourth season of American Idol in
2005. Her debut album, Some Hearts, was declared as a triple platinum.
"Inside Your Heaven", her first single, made it to the top position of
the Billboard charts. She has won several music awards like Grammy,
Billboard Music Awards and American Music Awards. She was even nominated
for a Golden Globe Award. This multi-talented girl was inducted into
the Oklahoma Music Hall of Fame in 2009. She was declared as
the reigning queen of Country Music by Billboard in 2008.
She

Carrie used to live in a house in US and although it is still her
primary residence, she no longer lives there. She has moved to live in

September 2014, the couple announced they were expecting their first
child together. Their son, Isaiah Michael Fisher, was born on February
27, 2015. There are rumors
though that the couple may move to Nashville as Mike Fisher has signed
for Nashville predators.
She is also involved in a lot of charity work. In fact, she used all her
money from her single "Home Sweet Home" to donate it to the Humane
Society. She also founded the Checotah Animal Town and School. The
organization is involved in building playgrounds for schools and setting
up animal shelters. That's not all. She had gone to Iraq to visit the
US troops and had gone to Africa to interact with the homeless children
there.
Underwood started dating Tony Romo in 2007 but it was only on and off
affair. Although the songstress denied this relationship, Tony had
confirmed their on his website. In the second half of 2007 she started
dating Chace Crawford but the relationship ended in Spring 2008.
She also actively supports associated with
noted animal rights organization, PETA. The organization was founded in
1980 with the sole purpose of defending the basic rights of all animals.
It is the largest animal rights organization in the world and enjoys
the support of more than 3 million members.
